Welcome to Rocky West Design Studio LLC (“Rocky West Design Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These terms explain how our website, shop, and digital product sales work. By visiting or purchasing from our site, you agree to these terms.
1. Who We Are
This website and all materials on it are owned by Rocky West Design Studio LLC, located in Ogden, Utah.
2. Using the Website
You’re welcome to browse, read, and shop as long as you use the site lawfully and respectfully.
You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase.
3. Ownership
All designs, text, layouts, photos, and creative content belong to Rocky West Design Studio LLC.
You may not copy, reuse, resell, or distribute anything without written permission.
4. Digital Products
When you buy a Showit website template or other digital item, you’re purchasing a single-use license to use it, not ownership of the design.
You must replace all placeholder images, stock photos, and example content with your own materials before publishing.
Stock or sample content included in the product is for demonstration purposes only and cannot be used in your final website or marketing.
5. Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Purchases are processed securely through SureCart or another trusted payment processor.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel any order if necessary.
6. Refunds & Delivery
Digital products are available instantly after payment.
All sales are final — no refunds, returns, or exchanges once your files are delivered.
If your files are corrupted or inaccessible, contact maggie@robisonweb.com within 7 days for assistance.
7. Support
We provide limited technical support for Showit setup or file access issues.
Support does not include custom edits, third-party integrations, or personalized site adjustments.
8. No Guarantees
All digital products are provided “as is.”
We can’t guarantee specific results, traffic, or income from using our templates.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for loss of data, revenue, or any other damages related to use of our website or products.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
10. Legal
These terms are governed by the laws of Utah, USA, and any disputes will be handled in Weber County, Utah.
11. Updates
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our site means you accept any revised version.
